Duration: 2 x full days (Or equivalent over 3 days)

Formats: In-person (Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra), live online, arranged in-house for your organisation

Prerequisite: Being Profile® assessment and debrief

What You Get as a Being Profile® Accredited Practitioner

• How to accurately, powerfully and consistently debrief the Being Profile®.

• How to support someone during and following the debrief process.

Once you are an Accredited Practitioner:

• You will be able to issue profiles to others & receive alerts as profiles are completed.

• Have access to coaching support & be able to attend regular refresher sessions.

• Participate in masterclass workshops and be part of a very exclusive cohort of individuals committed to developing others.

• You’ll receive certification as well as a Being Profile® Accredited Practitioner Badge. You may display the valid accreditation badge on your website or social media profile, e.g. LinkedIn profile, as long as valid accreditation is maintained.

Before I did my first Practitioner Training in 2020 I had no clue how to grow or where to start with my coaching business. When I got introduced to the Being Profile by John Smallwood in 2020 the light bulbs switched on and I realized what was missing for me in adding value to others. Finally, I found a tool that would make transformation measurable (after researching the market for a long time and not finding any tool that would measure what matters) and give access to anyone to identify where to start their transformation. During the Practitioner Training, I realized that it is possible to consistently and at scale (for an individual & a whole team) to add value and support their discovery in what is the gap in performance, leadership, and effectiveness - no matter if it was in sales, delivery, technology, wellbeing, lifestyle, wealth or any other part. I used the included 10 profiles to engage with my first 10 clients to support them to realize what was their gap and what worked and what did not work for them. 3 of them decided to start coaching with me and now 3.5 years later I have made a difference to more than 130+ clients and counting with the Being Profile thanks to John and Lucy. So no matter if you are a coach who is starting or an experienced coach, this profile and the Being Profile Accreditation program provide you with the structure and the system/training to make a difference consistently to individuals and teams (with team debriefs).
